To maximise the amount of simultaneous calls you can make and extract the full power of Asterisk, our voice prompts are supplied in multiple sound file formats which automatically match the needs of your installation.

We supply the whole set of recordings in alaw, ulaw, gsm and sln in addition to other formats such as mp3 on request. All of these formats can be installed at the same time and allow Asterisk to match the voice prompt format to the format of the call. This eliminates the requirement for virtually any live transcoding leaving the entire power of the personal computer to handling calls.
